Al igual que el Santo Rosario, se rezan las cinco decenas, pero de la siguiente manera:
- Señal de la Cruz
- En lugar del Padre Nuestro, al empezar cada una de las cinco partes se dice:
CORAZON DE JESUS, TEN PIEDAD DE NOSOTROS.
CORAZON DE MARIA, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
GLORIOSO SAN JOSE, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
SANTA TERESA, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
SAN CAYETANO, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
SAN BENITO COTTOLENGO, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
SAN LUIS GUANELLA, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
BEATA CLARA BOSATTA, RUEGA POR NOSOTROS.
- En lugar de las diez Ave María se dice:
«SANTISIMA PROVIDENCIA DE DIOS, PROVEENOS»
- Gloria al Padre y al Hijo y al Espíritu Santo, como era en el principio, ahora y siempre, por los siglos de los siglos, Amén.
- Luego se dice:
- MIRANOS MARIA, CON TUS OJOS DE PIEDAD. SOCORRENOS, OH REINA, CON TU ARDIENTE CARIDAD.
Al finalizar las cinco partes (decenas) se concluye diciendo:
» ETERNO PADRE, SOCORRENOS, HIJO DE DIOS, PROVEENOS. ESPIRITU SANTO, INSPIRANOS, HABLA POR NOSOTROS.CORAZON DE CRISTO ABIERTO, FUENTE DE PIEDAD, VERDADERO TABERNACULO DE LA SANTISIMA TRINIDAD, A TI NOS PRESENTAMOS CON GRAN FE; CONCEDENOS POR PIEDAD, LA GRACIA QUE TE PEDIMOS!
